Wireless Remote Monitoring
Wireless Remote Monitoring
LoRaWAN-based wireless sensing, control, and data-historian solutions that eliminate field cabling and give real-time visibility from control room to wellhead.
LoRaWAN Field Devices
- Wireless piezo-resistive pressure / differential pressure transmitters (5-year battery life, hourly reads)
- Wireless thermocouple / thermal resistance temperature transmitters
Network Infrastructure
- Industrial LoRaWAN gateway (4-port, long-range star network)
- LoraBox data collector/historian (SQL Server-backed, retains data even if the link to customer applications drops)
- MODBUS RTU (RS485)–LoRaWAN transceiver (up to 255 devices per channel, 4–20mA/0–5V/pulse inputs, MODBUS Master capability)
Applications
- Sucker rod pump monitor & control (wireless power/load/position analysis, AI-generated dynagraph and power charts)
- Natural flow well monitor & control (remote choke control, pre-installed actuator/electronics/comms pack, no cabling required)
- Gas-lift well monitor & control (remote gas injection actuator control)
- Corrosion monitoring (cathodic protection controller voltages/currents, half-cell voltage, instant-off test capability)
- ESP monitoring & control (transformer/VSD voltage-current, motor speed/load, back-spin detection, remote frequency control)
Analog Integration
Wireless read/write converter for existing analog (4–20mA, 0–5V), pulse, relay, and MODBUS RTU field instruments — 4 channels, 255 devices per channel, NEMA or ATEX enclosures, connects directly to field PLCs.
